Standing tall at 75 Orchard Street between Grand and Broome Streets, the 400-ish square foot space previously occupied by one of the coolest friggin’ designers out there, Kai D. Utility, is now back on the market, available for lease. Sharing the sidewalk with Still Life hat shop, and the Robert James Boutique, this space is screaming for a some fresh fashion.
