Yesterday we took a trip uptown to check in with the tenant from one of our most recent deal, Rosado Fabrics. Located at the 4865 Broadway retail strip in Inwood. The locally owned fabric store had no problems setting up shop in the newly renovated space.

Brand new storefronts have just been put at our spaces for lease on Broadway and 204th street in Inwood. There are four stores total, ranging from about 400 to 750 square feet.
So… go lease them!

Ask many Manhattanites where Inwood is, and they might answer, “That’s on Long Island, right?” While there is such a Long Island hamlet in the area familiarly known as “The Five Towns”, there is another Inwood which makes up the northern tip of Manhattan Island.
