Valentines Day Didn’t Go as Planned? Move on Up! (To the Upper East Side)

Just over a week ago the Daily News ran an article listing the top ten NYC neighborhoods for singles to, for lack of a better word, mingle. They set their sights on the Upper East Side, highlighting the booming nightlife and its proximity to that little patch of green called Central Park.

Why are we bringing this bit of information to your attention? Well, conveniently enough, we recently scored FOUR brand new UES (short for Upper East Side) RETAIL exclusives for lease, located at 1386 2nd Ave (2 spaces between 71st & 72nd),  243 E78th Street and 444 E81st Street.

(Check out those push pins on the map, pretty friggin cool if you ask me).

Wanna see the spaces in person? Give us a call and we’ll gladly give you a tour.

Moda Close to Complete!

89-14 Parsons Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens

Today I spent the afternoon in Jamaica, Queens at our latest retail project, Moda at 89-14 Parsons Boulevard. The space is coming along quickly, almost ready for tenants to move in. The building bosts 346 apartments and 45,000 square feet of retail space. While King Polo/Associated Supermarkets has already leased over 10,000 SF, there’s still plenty of room for your restaurant, nail salon, pharmacy, or other retail use. Call 212-213-6480 while there’s still time, and make sure to visit Moda’s website and become a fan on Facebook!

Space Spotlight: 558 Fulton Street

558 Fulton 005The perfect location for a cafe, bagel shop, or deli, 558 Fulton Street sits in a busy Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood. The 600 square foot space plus basement is neighbored by Crunch gym, Urban heritage boutique, and large chains like Payless Shoes, Subway, Golden Krust, and Sleepy’s. The area also boasts an artsy side, with Brooklyn Academy of Music (with a theater just down the block) and the Mark Morris Dance Group.
