Brownstoner gave us a sneak peak into the new Arby’s restaurant in the Fulton mall in Downtown Brooklyn, and it actually looks surprisingly nice. The first Arby’s in Brooklyn, the eatery is nearby featured space for lease 558 Fulton Street, a great location for a deli.

Brooklyn’s first Arby’s sandwich shop will open January 21st on Fulton Street. The restaurant known for their roast beef will start with a “soft opening” in the Downtown Brooklyn location, and then have a more formal opening in a few more weeks. The space was formerly the landmarked Gage & Tollner Restaurant in what is known as the Fulton Mall. Arby’s plans to open with a typical menu of sandwiches, wraps, and salads. If Arby’s is your kind of thing, make sure to stop by space for lease 558 Fulton Street, only a few blocks away

Back in September, I created a list of top ten reasons to open a store in Downtown Brooklyn, and the reasons (plus new ones!) still hold true. While the space 226 Atlantic Avenue was leased, there’s still space available! Sitting in a bustling part of Brooklyn, 558 Fulton Street is the ideal location for a deli or cafe.
