Space Spotlight: 558 Fulton Street

558 Fulton 005The perfect location for a cafe, bagel shop, or deli, 558 Fulton Street sits in a busy Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood. The 600 square foot space plus basement is neighbored by Crunch gym, Urban heritage boutique, and large chains like Payless Shoes, Subway, Golden Krust, and Sleepy’s. The area also boasts an artsy side, with Brooklyn Academy of Music (with a theater just down the block) and the Mark Morris Dance Group.

The parade stretched from Madison Square Park all the way to 59th Street. Although I could not attend, Retail Specialist Elliott Dweck and I got up close and personal in the crowded subway.
